Can you believe it’s a brand new year? 2023 flew by, which is why it’s time to embrace a fresh wave of adventures this time ‘round. If you're ready to shake things up and fill your days with unforgettable experiences, you're in the right place! Let's cook up a bucket list that's as exciting as it is achievable.

In our own backyard:

1.Uncover Cape Town's Hidden Gems:

Teleport yourself to the magical landscapes of Cape Town, where city vibes meet nature's wonders. There are so many interesting local spots that are just waiting to be explored, like a seaside saunter at Llandudno Rocks, a picnic at the base of Lion’s Head, a dip at Diaz Beach, or a scenic view at Sunset Rock.

2. Go Sandboarding At Atlantis Dunes:

It’s like snowboarding - but on sand! Experience the thrill of gliding down sand dunes a mere 45 km away from Cape Town at the Atlantis Dunes, also known as the Witsands Aquifer. This one is a definite must-do if you’re an adventure seeker or looking for something unique to do this year. They also have quad biking, if you prefer wheels to boards.

3. Tandem Paraglide Through The Sky:

Those paragliders you see coming in over Sea Point? You could be one of them. View Cape Town from a different perspective while an instructor takes you over our beautiful city. You’ll feel freedom like you’ve never felt it before.

4. Eat Out At Time Out:

The new Time Out Market at the V&A Waterfront is officially open, and if you’re a foodie, it just has to be on your 2024 bucket list. This location offers 13 kitchens run by local chefs and restaurateurs, and 4 unique bars featuring local wines and craft beers - as well as a list of cool cocktails.

As we wave goodbye to the old and high-five the new, let your 2024 bucket list be a celebration of life's GOOD vibes. Neighbourgood is here to make sure every step of your journey is as memorable as the destinations themselves. So, toss some essentials into your bag, set your intentions high, and let's make 2024 a year of epic adventures.
